Haiti - School

We helped rebuild our partner's school in Léogâne after the 2010 earthquake. Over 350 children receive a fabulous education there. School meals for all are part of this, as is an IT teacher who instructs not only the students but also their parents in IT matters. We finance school attendance for dozens of kids from bitterly poor families through sponsorships.

Note on this project: In view of the current situation in Haiti, which is characterised by violence from armed groups, political instability and an escalating humanitarian crisis, we are forced to suspend the project until further notice. (Status 05/2025)
